‘The 5th Wave’ International Trailer Debuts + First Official Poster!

We have been waiting and waiting. It is finally here Wavers. We can now rejoice. Not only has the first official poster for The 5th Wave been revealed, but the first trailer for The 5th Wave has also been released.

The 5th Wave stars Chloe Grace Moretz as Cassie Sullivan, a young woman desperately trying to save her brother while staving off the aliens as they infiltrate our world in their attempt to wipe mankind out of existence. Help comes in the form of Ben (Nick Robinson), but Cassie must quickly figure out if she can trust him, or if he’s one of “the Others.” Liev Schreiber, Maria Bello and Maggie Siff also star in this intense sci-fi thriller based on the YA novel.

The 5th Wave surges into theaters on January 16, 2016.

Henry Jackman to Score ‘The 5th Wave’ Movie! #5thWaveMovie

It has just been announced that Henry Jackman is set to score The 5th Wave.

The 5th Wave is being directed by The film is directed by J Blakeson and stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Robinson, Liev Scriber, Ron Livingston, Maggie Siff, Alex Roe, Maika Monroe, Zackary Arthur and Live Schreiber. 

Jackman’s upcoming projects also include Chris Columbus’ Pixelsstarring Adam Sandler and Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War.

The 5th Wave is scheduled to hit theaters on January 29, 2016.

The official Twitter for The 5th Wave has revealed the first ever still from the film. The still features Chloe Grace Moretz as Cassie Sullivan standing near a check in sign.

In the still you can Cassie standing near a sign that says Check- in. It seems to be a school. You can also see bodies on the floor in the background.

The 5th Wave is set to be released in theaters on January 29, 2016.

Today Rick Yancey and Talitha Bateman shared the first look at Squad 53 from The 5th Wave. The squad includes Ben Parish (Nick Robinson), Ringer (Maika Monroe), Teacup (Talitha Bateman), Zackary Arthur(Sam), Tony Revolori(Dumbo), Flynn McHugh(Tank), Nadji Jeter(Poundcake) and Cade Canyon Ball (Oompa)

We also get our first look at Maika Monroe with black hair!

The 5th Wave is currently filming in Atlanta. The film also stars Chloe Grace Moretz as the main character Cassie Sullivan and Alex Roe as Evan Walker.

The 5th Wave opens in theaters on January 29, 2016.

Yesterday Ron Livingston was casted as Cassie’s dad. Today Maggie Siff was casted as Cassie’s mom and now we have another member of Squad 53.

Talitha Bateman has been casted as Teacup in The 5th Wave.

Bateman will be joining Nick Robinson and Tony Revolori on squad 53.

The 5th Wave will hit theaters on January 29, 2016.

Great news Wavers, Ron Livingston has been casted as Oliver Sullivan, Cassie’s dad. This news comes shortly after the first day of filming.

Ron has recently started in The Conjuring.

The 5th Wave is currently filming in Atlanta and is scheduled to open in theaters on January 29, 2016.
